What is a digital wedding invitation?

A wedding website that opens like an invitation. Guests receive a link on WhatsApp, open it on their phone, and find your names, date, venue with directions, photos, music and an RSVP form. In Indonesia it is often called undangan digital or undangan pernikahan online.

Does every guest get their own link?

Yes. On the RSVP packages and above, each guest gets a personal link, so the invitation greets them by name, the RSVP is already tied to them, and you can see exactly who has opened and answered.

How are invitations sent?

Import your guest list from Excel, pick a message template, and Bertautan sends each invitation through WhatsApp with the right link. Reminders to guests who have not answered go out the same way.

Can I arrange tables and seating?

Yes. The Tailored and Bespoke packages include a floor-plan editor: drag round or long tables onto the room, assign guests to seats by name, and share the plan with your planner. The seat shows on the usher's screen at check-in.

How does check-in work on the day?

Every guest's invitation carries a QR code. Your ushers open the scanner on any phone, scan the code, and the guest is marked arrived with their table shown on screen. You watch the arrival count live.

How quickly can my invitation be ready?

A template-based invitation is usually ready within a few days of receiving your details and photos. A bespoke design takes longer, since it is drawn and animated from scratch for you; ask us for a timeline.

Can I request a design that no one else has?

Yes. The Signature · Bespoke package is a one-of-a-kind design: your palette, your illustrations, your opening animation, built by our designers and hosted on your own domain.
